Montreux Patisserie & Cake House has a commitment that earned us the loyalty of our base of satisfied customers. It is our policy to process and deliver products that are consistent and meet the customers’ needs, expectations and requirements.  Our products are freshly baked every day, using only the finest ingredients. We take pride in providing high service quality too.

We aim to deliver a high and consistent quality of freshly baked bakeries and pastries to all hotels, cafes, wholesales and retail outlets. The company’s area of expertise ranges from processing to marketing. Our main product item includes Muffins, Cakes, Quiches, Puffs, Scones, Sandwiches, Donuts, Swirls, Crumbles, Bread, Cookies and Pie. We custom pack to suit our various customers’ requirements.

Our main operating base is situated at Shimei East Kitchen in Singapore. This factory of 2300 sq feet comprises our administration office, production sections, freezers, proofer, deck ovens, material store and a workers’ restroom. This state-of-art factory is consistently upgraded and expanded to allow for more effective and efficient production, and product innovations.

We have a total staff strength of 40 and the number is growing rapidly. Our staff are well-trained and dedicated to support the various functions to keep our daily operations smooth and efficient.

Montreux Patisserie operates within strict practices of food hygiene and product safety, sanitation and quality control. Our Plant is in the approved list with the Ministry of Environment and Agri-Food & Veterinary Authority of Singapore. We also operate under a HACCP Plan.
